The YouTube app - when you hit Share, the ‘Copy link to clipboard’ option is being a truant. You know it should be there, right? Terrible parenting.
GarageBand for iOS really, really needs to have a piano roll editor. Make it happen for me and I will grin like a cougar at a 21st birthday party.

Well, that caught me in leftfield – in fact Apple’s announcement of the newest update to OS X was kept so quiet that I wouldn’t be surprised if you didn’t see it at all (in which case you should take a look at this).
I’m not a developer, so I haven’t had a chance to play with it firsthand yet – but from what I can see, this is just picking up where Lion left off.
Lion started to port the functionality of Apple’s touch devices over by bringing features like multitouch gestures, automatic saving, full screen applications and Launchpad (a carbon copy of the iOS homescreen) to the Mac.

Gemma & I went on a little holiday to celebrate both our 6 month anniversary and my birthday in early January. Here’s a little video diary she put together of what we got up to.
Patternizer is a really, really cool website I found through my friend Nathen on Twitter.
It sounds like exactly what it is – a pattern creator. It has a super simple interface which lets you create and rotate as many coloured lines as you like to make designs like plaid, checker cloth and argyle. Check out the screenshot after the jump:
